AI that works inside your office.
Privately. Truly.

An Aivell is an on-premise AI colleague that handles the work you don't have time for — running on a box in your office, behind your firewall, inference included. Your data never leaves the building.

onboard inference · air-gapped · fixed monthly fee

The private
AI colleague.

Chatbots answer. Aivell works. It blends into your infrastructure, your processes, your team — and takes the repetitive work off your desk.

Onboard inference

The model runs on the box, and so do the tools that touch your most private data — network folders, databases, documents. Nothing ever leaves your office. Unplug the internet: your Aivell keeps working.

Chores

Describe the task in plain language — yours, not ours. Your Aivell turns it into a solid, guarded procedure and runs it in the background.

Single-click passkeys

Point your Aivell at the tools your work already lives in — inside your LAN or out on the web — with one click and a guardrail on each. No OAuth hell, no copied tokens.

Identity

Every Aivell has a first name, a surname — Aivell — and an email address. A colleague you write to, not a tab you open.

Manage from everywhere

Approve a step from your phone, pause a chore from the beach, watch every action in real time. The box stays in the office; you don't have to.

Why it's different.

Plenty of boxes promise "your own AI" — then quietly route every prompt to the cloud on a stack that was never built for business. Aivell is.

Truly private

Nothing leaves the office.

Most "private AI" devices still call cloud models for inference. Aivell doesn't: the model runs onboard. Air-gapped by design — your data never touches the internet.

No token meter

Think all day. One flat fee.

Cloud agents pay their provider for every word they read and write — and an agent that works all day can burn a fortune in tokens. An Aivell owns its brain: the AI runs on the box, so there is no meter. Let it work around the clock — the monthly fee never moves.

Enterprise grade

Built for business.

Deterministic procedures, guardrails on every tool, complete audit trail, encryption at rest. Software built for regulated industries — not a weekend experiment.

Not OpenClaw

Claw-free.

Aivell is not an OpenClaw wrapper. No community plugins with shell access, no agent free-styling on your network, none of the security incidents that stack is known for. Our own hardened, auditable software.

0 bytes leave your network
100% of actions in the audit trail
0 tokens — the box does its own thinking
1 fixed monthly fee — no overages

How it works.

01

Plug in

Power and network — cable or wi-fi. That's the whole install.

02

Describe the chore

Plain text, your native language. Your Aivell shapes it into a solid, secure procedure with you.

03

Connect your tools

One-click passkeys for the tools you already use — inside your LAN or out on the web, with a guardrail on each. No API? The Browser Agent drives any legacy portal a browser can reach.

04

It runs

Chores run in the background. Approve every step, some steps, or none — the choice is yours.

Questions, answered.

Is my data really safe? +

Yes. Inference runs on the box and your data stays in your network, behind your firewall. Inside the box, data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized local access.

Do I need technical skills or an IT team? +

No. Setup takes minutes and chores are defined in natural language — English, Spanish, French and Italian today, more on the way.

Can I control what the AI does? +

Absolutely. Chores are followed to the letter, guardrails limit every tool to the task at hand, and you pick the control level: notify on every action, on specific integrations, or approve/reject individual requests.

Does it work with legacy systems? +

Yes. The Browser Agent emulates a browser session: if a browser can reach your legacy system, so can your Aivell.

Don't AI agents burn money in tokens? +

Cloud agents do — every word read or written is billed, so the harder they work, the more you pay. An Aivell does its own thinking on the box you own. No tokens, no meter: it can run all day and the fixed monthly fee stays the same.

How is pricing structured? +

A one-time setup fee, then a fixed monthly subscription. No tokens, no overages, no surprises.

Do permissions work at the tool level or the chore level? +

Both. At chore selection, every user who triggers a chore has a role, and chores and chore folders can be limited to specific roles. At chore execution, guardrails can be set on each tool to bound exactly what it may do.

Is this built on top of some other AI tool? +

No — the software is our own, built and hardened in-house and tested across many different models and every tool your Aivell uses. It's not a wrapper around someone else's stack.

What happens if two chores overlap or conflict? +

While you're creating a chore, a disambiguation step catches overlaps with the ones you already have. On the roadmap: an overnight process, running on the box, that sharpens both your chore definitions and how they're told apart.

Can I bring in processes I already have, like BPMN2 diagrams? +

Yes. Drop your BPMN2 files straight into the chore-creation chat and your Aivell turns them into guarded chores. You can also start a chore by email.

Is it useful for field sales and people out on the road? +

Very. It saves time for people out on the territory: expense reports, contact management, keeping the CRM and other internal systems up to date, and searching documents.

Can I run more than one box? +

Yes. Run several side by side, group them so one leads the others, or give each its own identity — every box, or group of boxes, gets its own name, role and set of skills and chores.
